Program Description
Dr. Marjorie Monroe-Fischer began studying calligraphy at the University of London, England, while in high school. It became her hobby throughout her career as a professional musician. For the past fifteen years calligraphy has become her main focus, studying with the late Sheila Waters for thirteen years. She has studied Medieval manuscripts in depth, and enjoys recreating them as awards in the Society for Creative Anachronism.
